Returns and Exchanges

At Rum and Raisin we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges to ensure that you find something that you love.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@rumandraisin.com,au with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. We will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

All returns and exchanges must be shipped back to us within 14 days (30 days internationally) and must be in their original condition, including tags attached with no makeup marks, stains and or/ smell of perfume or body odor,

Keep in mind that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. At this time, we do not offer free returns. To ensure the safe delivery of your package, we recommend using a tracking service. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return or exchange.

We do not offer returns on Sale items but do offer exchanges and store credit notes. Store credit notes do not expire. 

Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. Returns will only be accepted for the cost of the product. Thank you for your understanding.
